By accessing or using thefaqapp ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

thefaqapp is a FAQ management platform that allows you to create, organize, and publish FAQ content. We provide tools for content creation, AI-assisted writing, analytics, and embeddable widgets.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your password
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on thefaqapp. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Contain malicious code or harmful content
Harass, abuse, or threaten others
Spread misinformation or fraudulent content

5. Acceptable Use

Refunds may be provided at our discretion for annual plans within 14 days of purchase.

Our AI features are provided to assist with content creation. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by thefaqapp and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEFAQAPP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
