One HTTP call, one request.

FAQs about pricing
- Does the infinite FAQ generate AI answers?
- No. The answers endpoint retrieves matching published text unchanged, or returns not_covered. Each call uses your normal API request allowance. AI intake and translation are separate features with their own limits. Infinite describes the open question field, not unlimited requests.
- What's an API request?
- One HTTP call to a v1 endpoint. List operations count as one regardless of page size. Auth and health checks don't count.
- What happens at the limit?
- Read endpoints keep serving with a soft cap header. Writes return 429 with a clear retry window. We won't auto-upgrade you.
- When do quotas reset?
- Quotas reset on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC). Not tied to your billing date.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, anytime from the dashboard. You keep access through the end of the period; data stays for 90 days after.
- Do you offer non-profit or open-source discounts?
- Email hello@thefaq.app with what you're building. We'll usually say yes.
